The naming depends on the municipality system, if they label it as a Shari then it can have a name and a number altogether, and if they classified it as Zuqaq, then it shall only has a number.
And if there is an error in another part of the map, it shall be fixed, not copied.

Ask them for the Mahala and Zuqaq number and add that.

They might misunderstood you and told you it’s Sooq Alnajareen which translates to carpenter market in Arabic, which is descriptive name for the commercial area. You can add that name to a commercial landuse, not the street, as I told you, the streets has numbers only. Next time ask them what mahala and zuqaq this street is, and that would be the real name of it.
And about the using of the word alley or street, in Iraq we call Shari translate to street for the main roads, and Zuqaq translates to alley for the residential roads and for the high speed roads or outside the cites roads we call them Tareeq translates to road.

Hello ChehrehBargi, please do not add the name of the market to the street like this, the residential streets in Iraq has only street numbers called "Zuqaq" and no names, the names are only for main roads.
You can map the market as commercial area instead and add the name to that area, not adding it to the public street as a name even if the market is well known. The street shall be named like xxx-xx which xxx is a the mahala, and the xx is the zuqaq number.
