Witney Street is not one way between Guildford and the High Street. You can turn left out of the Golden Pheasant car park or out of Sylvester Close and drive east. The only restriction is no entry from the High Street.

I've tried explaining before that Witney Street isn't one way. There is just a No Entry restriction into Witney Street from the High Street. As it's not one way you can turn left out of the Golden Pheasant car park and drive eastwards.
