Re node #2178471595 & its addr:housenumber value.

The States publish 19-21 Broad Street as the address (see, for example, http://www.gov.je/Government/Consultations/Pages/RegulationOfChildrensSocialWorkAndMentalHealthServices.aspx ), yet when the node was added (while RBC occupied the building) the value was 17-21 (see changeset #15197688) by a contributor who has submitted consistently good work.

Yet, neither the changeset nor the node's tags specify any source for the original value.

How might this be verified? I doubt a survey would yield any definitive answer.

Would asking Jersey Post invoke copyright problems? I know that for postcodes the use the UK Royal Mail's database which is proprietary.
