During survey (2021-08-04) signage made clear that this was no-entry except for access. There was parking for some nearby houses, so access=destination seems preferable to access=private.

Though, seems likely to only apply to vehicles, not pedestrians.

Wasn't entirely sure how to tag this at the time.
