As someone who frequently complains about changesets which carelessly span the globe (since I'm interested in only a small jurisdiction), this changeset didn't bother me, and I see the value of it.

That you used a osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments helped a lot, too.

Having a background in Web development, I appreciate the importance of distinction between nation and language, and thus your many corrections are warranted.

Yikes. That's a lot (to verify) in a single changeset. Especially given the vagueness of the comment (see osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments ).

I sent a PM to the original contributor, drawing his attention to this changeset discussion.

His profile shows that he's been inactive for several years, so may not reply. Maybe, though.

During a recent (2021-07-04) survey, I couldn't find this bakery at all. Where the node is positioned is the location of the tearoom (and has been for some years).

Did it exist, but has now gone? Was it intended to represent the tearoom itself?

I visited the website=* URL which now returns an HTTP 404.

I should've mentioned, in the note, that on survey-day the gate (to that part of the site) was closed, otherwise I would've gone had a look. Seemed easier for addition from an armchair, than during a time-limited survey.

Correct, but then this isn't wikipedia (thankfully).

You might consider using Level0 but that'll just make a new version matching whichever old version you tell it to. That is, if the element is currently on v5 and you want v4, then it'll produce v6 which matches v4, rather than rolling back the change (‘deleting’ v5, though deleting from a database is bad practise; perhaps just masking it as null).

In future, check what's changed before submitting the changeset.
