Dear colleagues,

I have sent emails to related authority organisations and received no reply.
I clarified the purpose of the sign with a driving instructor I know. He answered briefly: “this is a combined sign.”

I assume that this sign is an initiative of those living in this quarter, implemented in a non-standard way. If you want to change it to zone max 20 km/h, I don’t mind, but I’d prefer to leave it as a “residential street”
