I would like to add: IMO the sign represents not a speed limit for pedestrians and vehicle walking but warns about possibility to meet a pedestrian on a road, that makes the sign a sign of a "living street"

I'm afraid I cannot share your perspective that this sign solely represents a speed limit. When examining the sign, I notice several similarities with the living_street sign, such as the depiction of a person walking, a bicycle, and a vehicle. The only noticeable distinction is the absence of a house icon.
In order to gather further insights, I believe it would be beneficial to seek an additional opinion on this matter. I will kindly request Wemissyou to join our discussion, and I will respect and accept their decision.

Before answering your question I think we should synchronize on what a typical living street sign in Cyprus Republic is. Could you please provide an example?

I know at least two variants of the sign not including the one on this street. See below.

According to the recent aerial imagery, these road pieces should not be tunnels but a regular roads.
Segments of the circular road should be mapped as a bridge above those pieces.

These two nodes are public_transport=stop_positions but mapped as "platforms" (had GTFS codes assigned to them).

Changed to public_transport=platform. Should be OK but please review.

Thank you for your contribution to the OpenStreetMap. However, I have some improvements to your edit.

1) Roads with "ref" starting with E* should be mapped as secondary. Check a mapping convention on Cy OSM wiki page
osm.wiki/Cyprus#Highways_in_Cyprus

2) I have checked E604 on Gov - it is secondary, not primary too.

They are duplicates because they does not follow the "One feature - one OSM element" and should be merged.

I will be monitoring the merge process. Please P.M. me once it is done.
