| 130237596 | Before adding borders in the occupied territories, we need to make sure that the existing border data for the occupied territories is valid. Theoretically, the borders should not have changed after the occupation, but I have no sources where I could check the validity of the data. @1T-money, occupation border is under "topographic map", "other boundaries" Here's another link I have found. This is the same data source but in different viewer. There is even OSM base layer, so the border can be compared with gov data. |

| 130237596 | Hello colleagues! The community boundaries can be found on the gov cadastral plans. https://eservices.dls.moi.gov.cy/#/national/geoportalmapviewer [switch to English, select map viewer → cadastral, table of contents → municipal communities, enjoy] Note that the communities plan covers the entire island. Because of the occupation, I have mapped only communities that do not cross the occupation border. If you displaced the occupation border, please revert those changes: communities boundaries have nothing to do with the occupation border. However, I have to mention, that according to the same cadastral plans, the occupation border was offset and should be realigned anyways (I have checked the Pano Pyrgos area). Thank you! |

| 123551529 | Hello Rosie_OSM! Welcome to the OpenStreetMap community! Thank you for your contribution, but I would like to point out that there are things that can be improved: However, there are some things that can be improved: 1. Building type should stay retail, because, by definition, it defines building for retail and restaurants.
2. One feature - one OSM element. That is related to the restaurants that we mapped in the changed building. Please either leave restaurants as nodes (points), or remove the nodes and keep the restaurants mapped as ways.
Thank you in advance. If you will need help editing please let me know. BR,

| 122697549 | Hello George! Thank you for you feedback and for notifying me about a possible mistake. I appreciate that. I suppose that you might have confused adding a "highway" tags to piers with "replacing" the pier tag (that is: removing the man_made tag and adding a highway tag instead) due to how OSM renders such combination. But this is not true. In my changes I did not removed piers. I just have added a new additional tag. Wiki's article on "man_made=pier". There is a sentense, saying that highways are allowed on piers: "Lastly, usually due to ferry terminals and ferry routes, create a highway depending on how the pier is modeled." So piers can have "highway" tags. Could you please explain why do you think marking man_made=pier with an additional "highway" tag is incorrect? Or, if it was a confusion, could you please restore the "highway" tag that was deleted in this changeset changeset/123119395? Please let me know your decision. For reference: man_made=pier |
