Upgrade tags for Tesla Liertoppen Supercharger

Some smaller fixes to some of the store tags.

Added trolly bay to Liertoppen after is was incorrectly used as part of the mall itself. There is space between it and the entrance to the mall.

Adjusted- and added missing stores in Liertoppen top floor (level 1) based on mall map. Mall map seems somewhat inaccurate for this level, so tweaks may be needed.

Updated Liertoppen basemet (floor -1) of building A, underground parking.There are some rooms or areas marked on the mall map, I think these are escalators and such, but I need to check it in person at some point.

Updated the building "Liertoppen" to better fit the Aerial imagery. Also indirectly adjusted some interior rooms. Removed a shopping cart building form the main building, this should be a separate building.

Survey opening hours

Moving some store nodes and tagging most of the rooms. Some rooms are not named as far as I know.

Moved some other stores at the shopping center.
