Thanks for pointing this out. The correct way to indicate this is to add an access=private tag and leave the highway tag is it was. I fixed this for you.
Barriers can of course also be added, but then on the correct location of the barrier, not on the entire track.

There seem to be two Wikidata items for "De Wiel": https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q19012317 and https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q19012315
I'm not sure how they relate to eachother and to the already mapped OSM ways.

The road is tagged with access=destination, that's probably why the router avoids it.
Tagging is consistent with Mapillary imagery that shows a C3 + "uitgezonderd plaatselijk verkeer" sign: https://www.mapillary.com/map/im/eYlq2316_-XFAednWURT2Q (I can't find one on the other end of the road though)

The node and the way both refer to the same thing (amenity=school), so I've merged them into one with the JOSM editor.

Hoe deze straten nu zijn ingetekend, liggen ze in "struikgewas" en hebben ze geen aansluiting met de andere wegen in de buurt. Bestaan ze al op het terrein? Zoniet, dan krijgen ze best de waarde "proposed" of "construction". Geef je wat meer uitleg? Dan kunnen we bekijken hoe we deze situatie beter kunnen mappen.

If you delete the separate cyclelanes and you do not change the tags on the main road, than the data is worse than before. Generally speaking, deleting information that is correct is not the way to go.

Which app(s) are you talking about? Do these apps use OSM data? Also take into account that some apps do not refresh their data immediately, but only e.g. monthly.
You have changed the road class of a few roads from "unclassified" to "secondary", the category for the second most important roads. Looking at aerial imagery, this does not seem correct. Can you change them again to the correct road category? See highway=* for more info.
You also deleted a few oneway=no tags. This tag is used to stress that the road is not a oneway road. Deleting these tags is usually not a good idea, as someone probably put them there with a reason. It's better to ask first before deleting them (as with many features on OSM).

Je zal er eerst voor moeten zorgen dat je enkel het rondje kunt selecteren, daarvoor moet je de weg er nog van afsplitsen (rechtermuisklik op de knoop die verbindt met de oostelijke weg en kiezen voor "splitsen"). Daarna selecteer je het rondje zelf, rechtermuisklik en kiezen voor "Maak rond". Laat gerust nog een berichtje achter indien het niet lukt.
