The verbosity of the lane marking tags has resulted in an interesting problem:
- iD Editor cannot correctly mark turn restrictions, so that...
- GraphHopper cannot correctly know that, to enter from Kowloon and exit via the Causeway Bay exit, you need to take the second exit instead of the first exit due to the lane marking

Either simplify the lane marking tags, or think about a workaround to the above problem.

This is a proposed road for the public housing project, which is NOT named yet.
