N-th reminder: `name=` is the common name in public use, not what you think should be correct or proper. Put historic names in OpenHistoricalMap, not OSM. Please don't add descriptor labels in `name=` as "development", "construction", etc.

Please don't add generic names or descriptor labels in `name=` (proper names only). Use `description:en=` + `description:zh=`.

1. Please don't add `highway=` directly.
2. `=motorway_junction` is for numbered exits on Strategic Route only.

relation/13888157 is incorrect. This is already expressed by relation/10460930 and relation/10460929 !

2. Don't add irrelevant sources. This may infringe copyright. `source=` on objects is not preferred either.

This is not "Redundant". `*_name=` and `*_name:*=` together shows what name it is, and the specific language. This provides compatibility to applications not recognizing other tags as well.
