How is this `access=private`?

Although this was wrong, your interpretation is not entirely accurate either. `bus=yes` can mean all bus can use it, including coach bus, private bus, "tourist bus", etc. `access=private` or `motor_vehicle=private` would already allow certain bus in by individual permission.

1. Please don't simply add `railway=*` to non-existent features. This is vandalism.
2. This is going to be a `=rail`, not `=subway`. The historic compromise was using `route=subway` (instead of `=train`) on `railway=rail`.

Please check `=pedestrian` means pedestrianized roads where vehicles can physically travel. It's not going to be `=footway`

What is the reason of this? Why don't you connect it, or leave it alone? A lot of covered walkways can be recognized, but needs further work.

`highway=rest_area` may be used with `motor_vehicle=no` + `bicycle=`

It's not "there is no cover". It's not clear whether `covered=yes` should be used

Aside from the `=pedestrian` issue, please only use `=plant_nursery` for that purpose only. There's `=flowerbed` and other tags for others.

A `=pedestrian` is physically usable by two-tracked vehicles. It is not the same as `=footway`.
