Dyer Av should not be `highway=residential`

Only Expo Dr C is `tunnel=building_passage`

1. Those are not `tunnel=yes` or `tunnel=building_passage`. It is `covered` only.
2. Don't make HKCEC `landuse=` cover Golden Hauhinia Sqaure and Commemoration Monument.

Should the classification of Chek Lap Kok Rd be discussed. A `=primary` can't suddenly become `=tertiary`
