As shown by the Olympic Ave example, PWP item titles don't work either. 2HL covers the entire batch. Now you have to use the contract name, or basically anything people want. This is fine when creating a printed map on paper yourself for labeling. But OSM is a digital map database. It doesn't need "(WIP 2024)" etc. It needs some standards that can be followed.

You are simply setting up a slippery slope for others to change into arbitary titles. This has already happened before with Kai Tak site numbers, and land lot numbers.

Also you are still wrong. There's no PWP title as "Tsing Yi Road West Public Housing". Site formation is Public Housing Development at Tsing Yi Road West, which is exactly what should be avoided. It's undesirable to have real estate agent style names either, which everyone can call them differently.
