Country park management centers are stationed by wildfire crew. Park warden patrols, and take law enforcement on illegal activities eg hunting. The English of the related "護理科" department inside that can be headquartered at mangement centers is translated as "Ranger Service" and "Ranger Office".
The key point about `=ranger_station` from the US is they do policing. It was originally misusing `=police` . osm.wiki/Proposal:Tag:amenity=ranger_station
For public services, visitor permits are not applicable, But vehicles can be controlled by them
Visitor service can in fact be shown be `tourism=information` + `information=centre` . This was not fully considered.
If non-public facing is argued, following `police=` it might use eg `ranger=` similar to osm.wiki/Proposal:Fire_service for `=fire_station` . But it is also debatable whether the US definition of a `=ranger_station` should be applied worldwide.

`building:flats=` is for the entire building, not per floor.

Please don't add non-commonly used "English" names to `name=` and `name:en=` . Use `name:yue-Latn=` for Cantonese romanization.

It doesn't matter much because transit data are usually not updated frequently. Sometimes weekly, often monthly. Most apps in general only update daily, so you want to preload it before midnight. Again this doesn't matter much after the last trip of the day anyway.

Please don't add descriptor labels. `name=` is for proper names only.
