Would be better to put KMB's long names with the location prefix in `official_name=` (reserving `short_name=` for estate names and such) , as `name=` is the common name. As a side benefit, renderers and applications can group the same name stop from Citybus using the same `name=`.

The editing software is what's incorrect. `zh` means "Chinese" as a macrolanguage in the original standard, more precisely Sinitic languages. (In the newest standard, `zhx` is used for this language family) Mandarin itself is assigned `cmn`.
Besides the same name would be used in Cantonese and Mandarin.
