Ok I admit I jumped to the conclusion because I'm a bit reserved about `highway=busway`. Reason being these bus streets aren't as separated as general "busway"s, and they have other uses for pedestrians (and sometimes bikes or push carts). I support `service=busway` in general more.

Morrison St and Rumsey St north of DVRC is its continuation to DVRW via Connuaght Rd W.

There's no distinction of national (often `=trunk`) or lower administrative management and classification here. They should be classified by function.

As a comparison, on King's Rd:
`=secondary` is used for `motor_vehicle=yes`;
`=tertiary` for long sections of `motor_vehicle=destination`;
`=unclassified` or `=residential` (I tend to the latter) for a single segment of `motor_vehicle=destination`.
It's unconvincing to consider that the Queensway -- Jubilee St westbound lanes is as important the eastbound lanes up to Charter Rd. Similarly, the North-Sound streets in the area except Pedder St, as well as Lamberth Walk have been classified as `=tertiary`.
To highlight the usage of DVRC W-b for Bank St, and right turn into E-b from Ice House St on `PH`, `=unclassified` have been applied to them.

This is totally irrelevant. A bus-only road is considered `=service`, whereever it is. You have failed to distinguish the section of DVRC for right turn from Ice House St as well. If a `=pedestrian` or `=living_street`, etc, is important, we don't change it to something higher-rank either. For pedestrian or other importance, some other form of tagging should be used. This concerns general vehicles only.

No one in their right mind would classify this to be the same as Queen's Rd C, et al either.

No one in the right mind would consider a road for certain non-public vehicles only as a `=secondary`. This is even franchised bus only. A bus-only road or busway, and busy pedestrian roads can be `=service`, and `=pedestrian` or `=living_street` respectively. `=service` here means a certain function, not that it's non-public, non-important, or in a facility.
