The Latin "cum" conjunction is what's used here. Common in HK.

But I can say it's Exit 6B to 12C.

I would note it would be difficult to directly give you official sources here from an OSM position, given the restrictive and often confusing copyright on the HK Government.

Route 4 was redesignated on the Central Wan Chai Bypass. This removes exits on Victoria Park Rd, Gloucester Rd, and Connaught Rd Central.

Please don't change `crossing=` `=uncontrolled` to `=unmarked`. This is confusing. There is also a crosswalk island there.
