There is precedence for `noref=yes` `highway=trunk` before.

1. It is not `ref=7`
2. Lei Yue Mun Rd is a trunk road in all regards, continuing straight on from Route 2 section. Previously it is `trunk_link`, which does not make sense for the main line.

Indeed, ISCED 2011 is a major revision. It adds ISCED 01 not included in ISCED 2007's 0. ISCED 2007 5-6 turned into ISCED 2011 5-8.

(not that I necessarily agree with the date suffix)

This kindergarten hasn't even been opened in 2011. (est 2015)

This key that is rarely used and merely mentioned on Wiki for now seems to be wrong. It conflicts with the date suffix, which would mean `isced:level` in 2011. To follow a standard or database, the version should go first.

The wiki page's "Used on these elements" is configured incorrectly, showing not to be used on all. There are currently 2605 uses.
