1. Please be careful with extending `footway=crossing` ways. They should be split to `footway=sidewalk` on sidewalk.
2. I don't know what imagery or geo-location you are using, but after orthogonalizing way/682276230/history, you need to align the island back.

Dude, again there's no physical separation here. You broke the `change:lanes=` and `turn:lanes`. Set up turn restrictions if you find anything wrong with way-based routing.

If you are using street-level imagery, please check if it is outdated. Just as an example, Google Street View is.

For here, please note that there's sidewalk and crosswalk here, not mapped as separate way. You need to add `foot=yes` and `bike=yes``.
