On the contrary, you can see how Shun Long Rd was repeatedly changed to `=motorway` despite not being Expressway or Tunnel Area. What's used here is the best solution that has been arrived at.

They are 2 separate arguments. The Sha Lek Hwy example is about a `=motorway` not needing a `ref=` . `=motorway` is different from `=trunk` .

Sure, this can certainly be discussed. Decked nullahs are not exactly `tunnel=culvert` in the sense of being built to an integrated structure. But in any case, they are different from the one here, which is clearly a short bridge-like structure.

There's no raised separation here for separate lines to be drawn. `change:lanes=` and `type=connectivity` has already been added.
