Bird Park doesn't look like a park. It looks more like a neighborhood. And the outlines are probably incorrect. Someone on the ground needs to confirm what's really here.

There's a trail in this park that needs to be tracked and mapped.

Also, the outlines of the park need to be confirmed using official plats.

There's a hiking trail in this park, as well as a famous tree. They should be mapped by someone who knows where they are.

The Aucilla River is the boundary between Taylor and Jefferson Counties -- that much is correct. The problem here is that the Aucilla River runs underground between Nutall Drop and Nutall Rise. I'm not sure how to represent that on the map, but it shouldn't appear as the blue river that is shown now.

The Santos, Vortex, and Spider Kingdom Trails need to be mapped:

There's a trail that winds around the entrance road and crosses it twice. It needs to be tracked and mapped, but I never seem to get around to it when I'm there.

Someone else has drawn in a "Halls River Main Spring", a "Joerns Spring" (both shown as ponds rather than springs) and a Joerns Canal. I have mapped the "Halls River Head Spring" and two other Halls River springs as described on

http://www.thiswaytothe.net/springs/floridasprings.htm#Citrus

...which shows the Halls River Head Spring at the head of the Joerns Canal rather than at the head of the Halls River. The Florida Springs Database doesn't list a Joerns Spring at all. Someone in the know needs to clear up which springs actually exist and which are named which.

Looks like a newer development here not visible from other sources. Will need an on the ground survey.
