It is highly likely because Buffalo Wild Wings has locations in the Philippines, the cuisine is chicken and there are several other locations of American chains in the neighborhood, like Texas Roadhouse.

Bei der Changesetbeschreibung hatte ich schon Angst, du hättest es als normalen osm.wiki/Tag:'name=' gesetzt ;-)

It seems like you were importing these buildings from another page. Unfortunately, not all county GIS data is available under a license that fits with ours. Did you check that?
Imports have to be planned very detailed, so please see osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines.

Ich bin eigentlich auch für die Auslagerung von historischen Daten auf OHM (was in diesem Fall eigentlich nicht mal passiert ist), aber bei Baden und Württemberg muss ich (als Badner) @R0bst3r zustimmen. Die Grenzen werden auch heute noch für einige Institutionen verwendet und haben für uns hier noch große Bedeutung. Sie einfach zu löschen ist daher keine so gute Lösung, vielleicht ist das Tagging für OSM einfach nicht gerade vorteilhaft gewesen.
