Thank you for your quick reply. I think the previous editor removed the boundary due to possible tracing from the linked Wikipedia image, rather than from local knowledge. Data cannot be extracted/traced from Wikipedia into OpenStreetMap.

I would like to readd the Arima boundary if it is possible to confirm from a resource approved for OpenStreetMap extraction. Are there other resources we can use to verify the borders? I'll continue looking into this as well and keep you in the loop.

What was the resource/knowledge used to add the Arima border? It was removed in changeset changeset/85282865 , and I am unsure what the rationale was. Removing the Arima border seems like a significant data regression.

Hello Ipswich City Council,

Just wanted to bring to your attention that combining road sections can adversely impact tags on the ways, as well as relations which rely on separate road sections.

In this case, the sections of the same road were split to facilitate lane and turn:lane tag changes, and add turn restriction and destination_sign relations. I have reverted the section combine in changeset changeset/84226052

Please be careful when combining roads as you continue to make excellent contributions to OSM data.
