I changed the temporary tagging and also added two motorway_links for changing the roadways. The location of the links are only guesses.

I changed the access=no to "no @ (2019 Nov 24 - 2019 Dec 01)". I left the gap and the adjacent ways. I will monitor the progress in restoring traffic. About tagging I'm still open to discussion.

Now to the topic: We all saw the news, the motorway is currently closed. But are both directions unlikely to be be reopened in the next ~6 months? Closing a motorway has huge implications for data which is not updated often.
construction=* says: "only tag construction sites (particularly roads and railroads) if they are planned to be closed for at least six to nine months."

I expect the direction to the north to be closed for this period. But the direction to the south is only closed "as a precautionary measure" and could be opened within days. So I suggest to tag conditional/temporary tagging for the southern way (osm.wiki/Proposed_features/temporary_(conditional))

Hallo Stammtischkollege, Glashütte scheint mir ein Fall zu sein wo der dörfliche Charakter weiterhin gewahrt ist und damit als place=village/hamlet getaggt werden sollte. Hast du dagegen Einwände?

It is no duplication of the _aiport_ (aeroway=airport) but an _address_ for car navigation which is published by the airport itself: https://www.flughafen-stuttgart.de/an-abreise-und-parken/anfahrt-mit-dem-auto/ (only german language available). I'm in discussion with an other mapper about this node as well. I propose to make the distinction clearer by adding "Terminals" to the address nodes.

fyi: ich habe nochmals das foot/bicycle=use_sidepath/no/discouraged Tagging an den Straßen im Umfeld Kurt-Georg-Kiesinger Platz durchgängig gestaltet ohne die Rechtsinterpretation (welche ich teile) zu ändern.

Die beste Lösung für die Situation wäre wenn die Stadt dort an den entscheidenden Stellen Fußgänger verboten Schilder installieren würde -> Gelbe Karte wäre hier ein Mittel.

Hallo Peilscheibe, habe auf der Panzerstraße use_sidepath teilweise wieder entfernt (73700418) und dann gesehen dass es warst. Use_sidepath gilt bei Benutzungspflicht, die u.a. am Attribut "straßenbegleitend" hängt. Der nördliche und südliche Teil sind für mich klar nicht straßenbegleitend. Bist du da anderer Meinung?
