perhaps this neighborhood name: node/9153134673 should be set as a alt_name and then the name tag should be updated to reflect the official name of "Washington Square West" (per the wiki page that was cited) if a node for it doesnt already exist here (I dont see one)?

unclear if the pois added by this user, example from this location but there are more: changeset/155174711 are representations of information signs on the road for historic locations that exist here or are attempts at mapping features that do not exist any more? Depending on what they are, the tags may need to change or the poi should be removed. Verification is needed on these various pois that have been added by the user in this area.
