Also have no idea if my changeset in OsmInEdit ever came through. It's my first time using it, and I really liked it except it kept crashing and corrupting all my everything.

If you'd rather not revert, I'll try to fix all this in the next day or two. I'll merge the two buildings in to one and give my best shot at mapping the ground floor businesses that seem to ignore the building footprint. But that may take time. Sorry for biting off so much more than I was ready for!

One further question: Will this cause problems when someone (or more likely, someone in each city in the entire country) invariably names their new subdivision "New York" or "The Washington Monument" or "Mall of America"?

Im getting my information from the plats they filed with the city, so they're all something like "THE ESTATES AT WET RIVER SUBDIVISION", not even in title case so I can see which words are imports. And they all have "subdivision". But I take your meaning that the sign will probably just read "Estates at Wet River." Thanks!

Sad, yes, but that's because everyone used it as a meeting place; I hardly ever saw anyone shopping there growing up. Even the mall stopped fighting the inevitable and started billing the interior as an exercise track and community meeting place! :-)

Haha! That's fine! It's a very illogical section of road. All the rest of it is paved. This section is used just as much as the other 6-ish miles. By all rights, it should be paved. It's just dirt for some reason. And not super-hard-packed dirt, either. 🤷‍♀️
