This path was completely overgrown during our hike in November 2025, even though public GPS traces show that almost everyone uses this route and no one takes the other path up the mountain.

Web apps like brouter.de even display it as a waymarked hiking trail when you enable "Cycling (Waymarked Trails)".

However, the other path that leads up the mountain is actually the one you should take if you want to reach Piketfelsen or descend from the hiking route up there.
