Please try to have a smaller bounding box when submitting changes.

Please write a more descriptive log, write there exactly what you changed & the sources for the information. Also, please do not delete ways like that, if you are simply moving them over, just move them. What was wrong with the old ways that were moved/deleted, anyway?

To be clear I was not asking for a source because I think the information is wrong. There is just no source listed in the changeset, other than Mapbox Satellite, and that could of course not have any neighborhoods. If it is from local knowledge and/or survey, that's completely fine and valid (and preferred), just be sure to list it (in future).

The bounding box doesn't need to be so large.

Please do list a source for the neighborhood.
