I don't use iD, but it seems that the imagery_used tag is autofilled by the imagery layers one uses. Even though you must use your Key in order to load the tiles, there may be a way to edit and redact information from the tags prior to upload.

P.S. Note that the Keys do periodically expire, so don't worry about old exposed keys such as this one.
