These areas name "... Court" need to have tags fixed. They are not buildings. Are the nodes just misplaced? Or are they just landuse=grass?

My location was off about 4mi . The County of Red River has adhered to have claimed an easement of territory .
This violates public standards and against State and Federal Regulations . The Historical Marker George Washington Warthan Cemetery is how I located myself using this map . The George Washington Warthan Historical marker off Hwy 82.
The location said above to be left to heirs is now being deemed as the County of Red River sees fit . Example per Red River I own 290 on this road as well , this was founded on a public database .
Heirs may sale property but mineral rights remain reserved . Federal Judgment Claims Status Reserved .
