Any ideas what business(es) are here now that the property sold and it is no longer used as a school?

Many parking spaces in this area are not within a parking area. Most seem to be streetside and need an area around them added with amenity=parking and parking=street_side.

This was incorrectly tagged as a park when it was under construction. Is this still a construction area? Way: way/1312017070/
