Here is the Overpass query that seems to catch the problem. It found a small number of global instances, including some false positives. I'll start fixing the issue.

Hi, you are right. I was not aware about this bug when I started using the tool, and injected some errors. Later on I started checking for that. There is a big submitted against Osmose, but no one is actively in it.

We could run Overpass query to catch this text pattern.

I think layby is a British term for a pullover. I used it to tag scenic pullovers in national parks. Time to follow my own suggestion and start discussion. :)

Justification: "24/7" means always open and should not be accompanied by any additional rules. This is confirmed on opening_hours wiki and by OH evaluation tool (https://openingh.openstreetmap.de/evaluation_tool).

It is unusual that many places in Spain are only open for 24 on weekends - that should be checked by local mappers.

Also, I see that you deleted the building (way/193482304/history) and created a node (node/6849022966/history). Is the building no longer there?

The new node no longer has opening_hours, did you mean to delete those?

I still don't understand what the the problem was: I only updated opening hours tag, you said that I need to plot it correctly before I edit it. I am not sure what exactly you would want me to do.

I agree that the value is unusual. This should be highlighted to mapping community for Spain, perhaps in matching forums.
