You deleted a service road. It has been mapped by 4 other mappers. Normally we do not simply delete the work of other mappers. It would be OK if the error is obvious. But that is not the case here.

Why do you change a small part of a tertiary road to residential???

Bridge=yes and culvert=yes at a road is nonsense. And a layer=1 road can not be connected directly to a layer=0 road. Please stop mapping without knowledge.
