need to map road connections to all these settlements

I was just fixing this bollard node to be part of the way, and to have the bollard=rising tag on it. Which I believe is correct. My boss was giving this an example of a bus only route, and I can see this bollard here too: https://www.mapillary.com/map/im/-P9WON55REk8L4q79Glurw/photo (just about)

So this should probably have some more sophisticated restriction tagging or... I suspect actually the cluster of restrictions and ways just to the south of this, is intended to coincide with where this bollard is, but they were mapped by different people at different times. Think I can see the traffic island in bing though. Closer to where this bollard is.

I'm suspicious about the shape of this pond. Is that just sketched in from bing? (which shows it as a building site) Can someone confirm this smaller island on the western side exists?
