"Permanently closed"
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

I don’t know how to mark this so that when planning a route it DOESN’T try to take any vehicles other than buses down Binfield road from Clapham Road. That means no left turn heading north and no right turn heading south as well as no through road heading west.
Any help with this notation (I’d rather it be more than just an annotation and actually affected the routing algorithm which would help everyone who uses these maps), would be most appreciated.

In the bing imagery this might look like just a courtyard/garden between buildings, but right here we see a shadow which I think means there's a garden on the roof of a building here. Survey needed to confirm that though

Bing imagery is a bit difficult to interpret here. Is it a multi-story car park with this little service road being a ramp? Leading upwards/downwards? Can't tell.
Survey needed to just to check what's going on there.
