I hit delete of some old data around here, because it's all just a big new housing development construction site, but I wasn't 100% sure this bit. www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2957349 We could check if there's still some visible "access shaft" on the surface here, but I don't remember seeing anything other than a newly about to be opened pedestrian area. This whole area is a construction site for a big new housing development, but it's nearly finished. Nobody moved in yet, but I think bits of it might be opening up for pedestrian access. Anyway I deleted a few surface level roads/footways which were out of date, but there's some weird stragglers here which I guess no longer exist.
