First i don't know how often Go Map!! 1.4 upload your changes into the live and central OSM database. The web iD Editor does this immediately after you hit the Save button.
Then keep in mind that the data consumers (other maps, navigation or routing apps) are responsible for their part how often they update their sources and databases: e.g. osm.org updates the tiles in zoom 18/19 within minutes zoom 15/16 within hours, osmand generates new routingfiles once a month, and so on
