What's all about this data? Where do you get it from?

Especially you have added `bridge_name_present`, `highway_name_present`, `highway_type` although there was already `name` and `highway`.

What are these keys for? Where are these keys from? (gis layer?)

I think the only useful for osm are name, place and perhaps district, right?
