Correct street names and add pedestrian infrastructure in Roland Heights development

Roland Heights townhomes have all been completed. Removed construction landuse and overlaid residential landuse.

Added name and converted to "residential street" as it's wider than an alley and named. Visited on a bike ride 3/14/26.

This roadway is publicly accessible, even if it is privately built or maintained. No signage or gates preventing public access.
