This private driveway is being shown as a roadway. The property the driveway is part of is what’s called a “flag lot”, the flag pole is the long driveway. There is no park access here because this is a private driveway. 23rd curves south and becomes 106th Ave. there is not a third street as the map currently shows. Please do not represent a private driveway as a roadway.
