Burgermaster was already tagged. When adding a business, besides the name, add tags to describe the business, such as amenity=fast_food. I would recommend removing the building name tag since a node is already existing.

I think you want the tags ownership=private and access=private. I usually only use the access tag if a no trespassing sign there. Also - we spell out street names in OSM. The reason is that software has a hard time unabbreviating.

DWG here - you added this trail 2 years ago. We have received a complaint from the landowner that this is on private land and the trail doesn't exist. Plus the area is unsafe to hike. Can you confirm this trail exists? Thanks
