Most likely the road should be tagged as highway=service. The county does not have any record of a road there.

A couple of suggestions. First use the actual name not a descriptive name. The type of business should be tagged such as shop=massage.

Second, the building is should be tagged as one type, ie commercial or retail. This looks like a building=retail. See osm.wiki/Buildings for more info on tagging buildings. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.

A plaza should be tagged as place=square. Ideally using a polygon, but a node can be used.

Also - just a note that OSM spells out street names. The reason is that software has a hard time unabbreviating. Can you review this contribution?
