TIP: instead of removing the building, just update the polygon. This saves the history of the object. Also, square the building by selecting the outline then just type a "q"

By making this a oneway road, it would be impossible to ever get out. Also - we spell out street names in OSM - the reason is that software has a hard time unabberviating.

#TIP: you can connect the waterway by just adding a culvert where it goes below the road. Same wiki article as the building passage one.

It looks like you extended the school bdg over the existing service road. If the road extends through the building, it should be tagged appropriately. see tunnel=*
