again we don't use descriptive names. As an alternative you could tag it as demolished:building=yes

#TIP: we don't use descriptive names in OSM. Just a tag describing the function of the object is needed. For example, building=chicken_coop or building=henhouse

When a business is one of many in a building, just use a node for the information. I removed the duplicate building and left a node with the brewery info.

I looked at Skagit County Assessors' records - they show no tax parcel record of the land. I'm guessing it belongs to the state.
