Thanks for getting back to me. I know this is a big issue since the state and counties are still discussing motorized vehicles on trails now that we have electric bikes. BTW - did you know we have a tag dirtbike:scale to define the difficulty of the trail? See dirtbike:scale=*

Your edit allows motor vehicles on trails. Trails by definition in OSM are not suitable for cars or trucks. Please review this edit. Let me know if you need help. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.

Let me know if I can be of help. I'm located in Mount Vernon and have gotten to know the gis people in the city as well as the county. They can be a big help.

Regarding the fire department, I know they are active in a number of communities around the country. It easy for them to add fire hydrants and other features that can help them.

I did remove a node with parking spaces that were along the old town road and next to the river.

I am curious, the county show town road in a few places. Do you know if the county will be renaming these some of these roads?

#TIP: farmland is based on where the crops are grown, not on property boundaries. In this case the farm house and some of its buildings are show as farmland. Those are usually tagged as landuse=farmyard. Can you review this edit?

#TIP: it is best to follow the roof outline when adding a building then square it by selecting the outline then just type a "q". Since this appears to be one building with two residences, just draw the building and add two nodes, one for each address. I usually place the node near the front door. Let me know if you need help improving this edit.

This appears to be a residential house. By adding a business you are inviting people to stop by, anytime day and night, to the house. If it is open for business, you should add a tag to describe the type of business it is such as office=estate_agent.
