It doesn't have a shoulder and just has the default county speed limit. And that is just one example of my concern. Can I suggest you discuss these edits on OSM US Slack #local_washington channel or on the OSM community forum at https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/us/ before making more changes?

| 160730353 | I would suggest using imagery that is more recent. ESRI World Imagery (Clarity) is fairly old. While often better resolution, it may be outdated. In Washington State I typically use Bing imagery since it is good quality and relatively recent. ESRI World Imagery is typically newer but the quality usually doesn't match Bings.
