@chillly: I fear you got me wrong, I don't
want to "redo" this edit, I'd prefer that this is done by the local mappers (that's what I meant with "ask the mappers to review the remaining ... nodes"
And no, you don't have to repeat that mechanical edits need discussion ;-)

Do you remember the road ?
The bump was mapped close to the middle of the roundabout, in that case I see no need to map a bump.
Bing seems to show another obstacle
~20m north of the node, maybe this was meant?

Mir ist gerade diese Verkehrsberuhigung

aufgefallen. Nach meinem Verständnis der wiki Seite sollte die Insel entweder als
einzelner Punkt in der Mitte der Insel oder als Weg gemappt werden. Aufgrund der Länge der Insel scheint mir die Weg-Variante passender, sprich, den highway an den beiden Endpunkten splitten und
das Attribut traffic_calming=island "dranhängen".

das gleiche bedeutet wie "kein oneway Attribut" ?
