have the construction=motorway tag.
Please remove them were the construction ended.

I've noticed this change because you have used the tag highway=turning_circle for two ways. The tag is meant to be used for nodes, not for ways.
If I got that right, the two places are platforms (bus_stops) ?

I've noticed an invalid
tag highway=residential;track
and tried to fix it. My understanding is that
Vista del Pico Boulevard is a residential road which is not yet paved everywhere,

Bin mir nicht sicher, was Du meinst. Eine Brücke wird jedenfalls anders dargestellt als z.B. ein Weg mit highway=track,ford=yes.
